Hi there
I had my se530 something like this, while i didn't purchase it from a shure authorized dealer. Now that the receipt i got says it is under a two year warranty by sending the IEM back to the seller. But i'm not sure if they will replace my phone.

So here's the question: Will shure fix the problem if i send the phone to them showing my receipt of a non-authorized dealer and tell them everything or should i go to the dealer and see if they can fix it? (and should mail the whole package including all the accessories or just the IEM itself)

Some help please!

Like most warranty claim, you'll need to contact Shure first for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) before sending anything back. You can ask the Shure customer service for an direct answer than.
