[TomMe]

I just bought these headphones, but whenever I turn down the volume slider of the inline volume control, the volume goes down but the channels become unbalanced so that when I turn it down completely there is only sound coming from the left channel and not the right.
 
Is this normal? The store is willing to RMA but I can't find an answer as to whether this is normal or not. Thanks!
