I just ordered a set of these.

My question is, can I expect this tiny amp to drive them reasonably enough that I will be satisfied with a listening distance of around 4'?
 
I plan on mounting these on each side of my displays, angled towards my listening position. Should I aim them to where my ears normally sit, or should I angle them differently for better sound stage?

Angle the speakers so that the tweeters are aimed at your ears. 
 
As for the Lepai, it performs excellent for the $20 price. Whether or not that will be loud enough for you is impossible for anyone else to predict.
