On songs for the deaf by queens of the stone age, you can rewind past the "beginning" of the album and the display will read in negatives. The cd will then play a song, supposedly the real song for the deaf, because it has many bass heavy tones, and a deaf person would be able to supposedly feel the vibrations. If you own the album I strongly suggest you try it, just press rewind on a cd player at the beginning of track 1.
