They're not hard to remove. Radio Shack sells earpads that should fit. Do a search for 'earpad' on www.radioshack.com - it turns up at least three candidates, with diameters of 1.57", 1.85", and 2.6". Measure which one is closest to the PX 100 - I'm guessing the middle one:

I ordered them last week and they just arrived. I was a little worried that it might not really be the correct part, but on the package it does say they are for the PX100. Just to be sure, I put them on my PX100, and they fit perfectly. Treble sounds cleaner then with my old, dirty pads too.
