Can someone tell me where I can get replacemant pads for the px100 phones ? Also, are they hard to take off and put back on?

They're not hard to remove. Radio Shack sells earpads that should fit. Do a search for 'earpad' on www.radioshack.com - it turns up at least three candidates, with diameters of 1.57", 1.85", and 2.6". Measure which one is closest to the PX 100 - I'm guessing the middle one:

If they did, it would be available under Service > Repair on sennheiserusa.com

They don't seem to have replacement pads for the PX 100, like they do for many of their other headphones.

According to post #7 (quoted below) from the Replacement Pads for PX100 thread, you can order them from Sennheiser:
