PX 200 lol Again

hi folks, I do have a related question with this thread.
There is the Px100, Px200, and there are also noise canceling models built upon the same frame, pxc150, and pxc250. Is pxc150 essentially a px100 with noise cancelling ability, and pxc250 a px200 with nc? I know that the pxc series are barely discussed on this forum, but I am contemplating one for traveling. There's also a pxc300 but that's out of my price range.

doubt it, all the noise cancelling are closed phone. I briefly tested one of the pxc in radioshack, couldnt recall which was it but it definitely doesnt sound like the px100. (never heard of the px200 though)

From what I can tell the the px150 nc are a cut down version of the px250 the dont fold up and have not got the dynamic range the 250 have. Like wise the 300 have a very slightly better range and more powerful nc effect than both the 150 and 250

It's a shame not many people have reported back, I got the 300's last week and they do cut out the low end freq sounds very well. I would not recomend using them in quiet places becasue the nc on produces a very slight hiss during quiet music. But of course the point to nc cans is to use them on a plane or bus. For this I think they will be great. I will test mine fully in September as I have a seven hour flight.

I also have the PX100 and 200's and for every day use I use the 200. Saying that the new 300 do have much better ear pads in my view.

For real home use i have a pair of HD-600

Hope this Helps

PX200's are great, I can postion them correctly for full bass, midrange is sweet.
