Spin It Again works very well. It tries to find a break between tracks to help make the conversion process easier. The downside, it does not save tracks to alossless, only high-rate mp3.

Audacity's not bad, but I use Goldwave myself. I rip the entire album, then split into tracks, save those as WAV, and do the compression into FLAC or MP3 and tagging manually later.
