Sorry Guys, I'm an old timer and have very little time now to read like I used to I'm not being lazy I just cant manage the time, so I need your help and advice...

I'm on the market to purchase a new DAP and I'm wondering what you would advice me to purchase below US $1500.

from what every I could find from the companies I know of these are the three options I see;
1. Fiio M11 Pro
2. Astell & Kern Kann cube
3. Ibasso DX300
4. ?

My Canns and iems
LCD 3
Sen HD650
Denon AH-D7100
Shure SE 846

I'm more interested in Mids (vocals) and Bass and not so keen about upper higher frequencies
My music taste varies widely from instrumental to pop

It would be lovely to get something that can drive all of those.

Astell & Kern Kann cube ... Ess chip
Ibasso DX300... Cirrus chip

3 different sound sources, your call.
All should be excellent.
The ibasso should be the best one to handle all those headphones noted.
Not sure about the other two.

Not yet, I just heard there might be a Mojo 2 out soon, and plus the Fiip M17 so I'm holing untill December I think it's my birthday so I think I will treat myself with a new DAM and a Focal Clear

But out of the three above yes the consensus seems to be the Dx300,

If not for the online music part I believe for Sound Quality alone I might be better served with the Sony NW-WM1A.

The worst part is I live in Qatar where there is none of this, so maybe I wait and make a trip to Singapore with my headphones go to s store check all these out and make a decision.

I'd do the Fiio m11 Ltd over the pro. I'm debating purchasing one to see how it is, but want to upgrade my se100 to an se200.

I have a Kann Cube paired with the SE846 and it's a great combination. The Cube will handle any headphone.
