So i've been chosen to provide the music for the limo ride to prom... I need some energetic that will "put people in the mood for prom and to dance" or so i'm told. Any Suggestions?

So far i have (can be edited and in no order):
Perl Jam - Life Wasted
Red Hot Chili Peppers - Especially in Michigan
Van Halen - Dance the Night Away
Trapt - Headstrong
Boston - More than a Feeling (Senior song)
The Clarks - Shimmy Low
Tom Petty - Runnin' Down a Dream
Foo Fighters - Times Like These
AC/DC - You shook me all night long
Alice In Chains - No Excuses
Mighty Mighty Bosstones - The Impression that i get
Lostprophets - last train home
Alter Bridge - One day Remains

I know some of these wont work and i need some others... Help!

I need this CD to be made by tomorrow afternoon (prom is tomorrow)

oh... and it has just been brought to my attention that some others may be bringing music, so if i could narrow it down to a list of maybe 5 to put at the beginning that will be shure things (one has to be their senior song).

Its late, i'm tired, and i've had too much to drink. but thanks in advance for the suggestions!

Here's a couple that I threw together:

Michael Jackson - Get On The Floor
Red Hot Chili Peppers - Organic Anti-Beat Box Band
Kiss - Detroit Rock City
Led Zeppelin - Immigrant Song
Aerosmith - Back in the Saddle
Black Flag - Six Pack
Metallica - Jump in the Fire (or Enter Sandman, if it's a tamer audience)
Primus - Tommy the Cat
David Lee Roth - Yankee Rose
Run-D.M.C. - King of Rock, or It's Tricky
Skid Row - Youth Gone Wild
Just about anything from ZZ Top, most notably Sharp Dressed Man and La Grange
Motley Crue - Kickstart My Heart, Girls Girls Girls and Smokin' in the Boys Room
House of Pain - Jump Around
Van Halen - Hot for Teacher
The Ramones - Rock 'N' Roll High School

That's a "pump up" song? For what, popping Prozac and buying razor blades?

No kidding! I'd stick with "It's Time to party", or 'Party hard", or 'Long Live the party"... see a theme here?

As for the Ramones track mentioned earlier, i'd stick Blitzkreig Bop on there off of the "It's Alive" cd. Or the album version of Teenage Lobotomy. In terms of pumping up songs by the ramones, those two are at the top of my list. For Metallica tracks, battery or Damage Inc. Anthrax and public Enemy's version of 'Bring Tha Noize' is always a fun one. Or perhaps Got The Time, Caught In A Mosh, Riding Shotgun, What Doesn't Die...

I got lots of them.

If it ever manages to make release, the full version of DJ Smuggys Aether would be a possibility.
