Did anyone else get the PS Audio Noise Harvester?

I got one, and received it on Saturday. I'm using it for an audio related field. Namely, to reduce line noise from fluorescent lights and microwave ovens, and other noisy equipment, on powered monitors in my church. I must say, it's pretty cool watching the blue light blink more quickly as line noise increases... I think it's working, because there's less humming and buzzing than usual coming from my speakers (JBL Eon-G2's) when nothing is playing. Wow, I bet this thing would really work for a home audio system!

Just curious what other people's impressions are?

It's from PS Audio. They're about $100 bucks. http://psaudio.com/products/noiseharvester.asp.

Concept is pretty simple theorectically. Just convert the line noise, which is energy, into light, thereby eliminating it. Although how they filter the line noise from the rest, I haven't a clue.

They can be had at Audio Advisor for $85 last time I checked. As BradJuly posted in the other thread, this is a good source for info: http://av123forum.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=13837

Some other members had some negatives to say about the unit but I can't seem to find them with search. Oh well.

EDIT: Nevermind, I see the price was raised to $99 in the latest catalog.
