I believe it's pronounced Sen-hi-zer, with emphasis on first syllable......and the correct spelling is Sennheiser.

As it seems to be a German name/company, I believe the pronunciation should be :

Zen - high - sir,

ie. with the emphasis on the first syllable and the three components pronounced as the English words indicated (the 'sir' quite short, as in yessir!)...

It's kind of like,
(sz)en - high - (sz)e(r),

Where (sz) is a sort of cross between s and z, and (r) is a rolled r.
Make sure to pronounce the second e like an e!

Simply: Senn-hei-ser

For English speaking people: Senn-high-zer, with a quite sharp «s» at the beginning and the end spoken like e.g. «wiser» (no rolled «r» in Germany, but partly in Switzerland).

A little bit off topic, however I am curious how US folks pronounce GRADO.

That pronounciation was pretty good. Of course with a good deal of American accent but well ...

BTW the end with the «...er» shouldn't be pronounced the American way (like from The_Mac), more the English way, or even better the German way.
