Is there any program that can check for IEM distortion? Like a program that can sweep all the frequencies to check if there's any distortion? Possibly for burning in too??? If there is, where can I find it? Thanks.

In short, no. You will need an artificial head in an acoustic room to accurately measuring headphone freq. resp. and distortion.
