These next 2, are not prog, "per say" but they are Ninet all the way.. and there is no USA female artist who can do this type of Melodic Rock.
She writes her music, plays the guitar in it..

Im so Glad that Steven has brought her again into His music, as she is unique in that she is vocally, made for his "epic" style.

She's a superstar in Israel yet she's left it all behind and relocated to the US, a bold move - though I'm sure her frequent collaborations with Steven Wilson aren't doing her any harm. Personally, I'd love to see the two of them form a new band together, with his writing, musicianship and production talents and her voice - that would be exciting to say the least.
