I had my Westone ES5 for little over 2 years now and I use them everyday, mostly to listen to audio books.  Whenever I listen to music, they sound very tining, with  no bass on both sides.  I don't listen to them loud at all.
 
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Do you remember them having bass before?
 
I didn't think the ES5's vinyl material would be affected by this, but I know I'm skinnier than I was when I took impressions for my JH13s and I have to struggle to get the same sub-bass response I'm used to.

I remembered that they have a lot more punch to them before, but now my workout headphones has more bass than my Westone.
