I've had a Shozy BG for 7 months, and i've had a problem with my BG on 5 months of usage.
The right earpiece's sound are kind of damped compared to the left one. I got Jaben to sue the warranty to shozy after debating if whether the cable or housing units are damaged. And after so many attempts trying different cables, it's clear that the cable is the problem. While the warranty is on progress, Jaben let me borrow their Shozy BG demo unit, and it has the same problem after i used it around 1,5 month.
While I was at Jaben, I also tried their Shozy CP demo unit, and i found out that even the CP has the same problem on the right earpiece.
Is there anyone else having the same problem as me?
