i would hold for him say another 24 hours for him to make a proper payment. writings are usually have to do with language proficiency so i wouldnt bother about it. if you're the seller, then nothing to worry about. no money, no goods

Even if the OP does ship it out eventually, he still has to go through the excruciating wait of seeing if the package even reaches the person.

99% likely he is just a normal guy... however the changes to the payment plan he has made COULD be moves to make the transaction a bit harder to trace, in preparation to screw you over with a "did not deliver" claim

i'd force him to use his paypal confirmed address for shipment, or cancel
