Well, I must be one of the first to ask for something like this; I am curious if there are pads not made of Velour/Velvet that fit the PRO 900? So I guess I find the Velour/Velvet material somewhat irritating to my skin, and actually enjoy the pleather/leather feel from my HFI-780. I know you guys have some that fit the PRO 550/650 on your website. I'm still waiting for my PRO 550 to get in otherwise I would probably already know that I guess.

BTW, I really like the 'turn and lock' method for PRO 900's pads. Great implementation there

The PRO650/550 pleather pads should fit the PRO900's.

Still waiting for my 550 to get in, and they are PROline. Does that make a difference between PRO, in terms of pads fitting or not?

Figured I should update everyone. The PROline pads work just fine with PRO 900. I'm not sure if the grade of padding used is really up there with the HFI stuff. It doesn't create much of a seal, but is still quite comfortable and airy. Regardless, the PRO 550 are great cans and the included pads are quite comfortable. I think something along the lines of maybe HFI pads or Shure SRH750DJ pads would be more ideal as a quality pleather pad.
