he used that thing when he was with oysterhead and with colonel claypool's bucket of bernie brains ...it was called a whamola. and trey anastasio played some antlers...weird. i loved his rainbow bass made by carl thompson. i wanted one soo bad, but didn't have 8000$ to spend on a bass.

I love "Tales from the Punchbowl," particularly "Year of the Parrot." What a great drum groove!

I hadn't listened to this album in a few years, but really enjoyed it a few weeks ago.
