How similiar do these cans sound to each other? Which, in your opinion, is the better SQ? I like vivid, good impactful bass, and clear sound. I'm looking for low impedance great sounding cans for my portable home use only.

for pure SQ, I am guessing the Grado would be.. and it does have impacful bass from the reviews... the HD485's which I LOVE... has plenty of bass while remaining clear and good mids and highs... the portapro.. which I owned the KSC-75's.. similar... the HD485's is better in everyway, but not by a big margin.

HD 485 wins for all-around quality. It does the same things the SR-60 does even better.

HD485. Its bass goes deeper than SR60. Slightly clearer and more refine as well. No idea about PPs.
