Power supply for Dac707

im going through similar process with my dac (not a dac707).

The dac is probably powered via wallwart, cheapest & fastest choice would be to get a linear wall wart if the existing is a switching supply.

If you want more, then find out how many different voltages are created from the main power supply. There are probably some regulators or rectifiers inside creating these various voltages. There is probably an dac chip voltage for analog/digital 5v, another for the spdif chip 3.3v and maybe hex inverter. If you can find the source like a regulator, you can measure what voltage is created and replace the regulator with some better ones. or search
