Thanks! The trip was 4 weeks. Just me and a good friend. Sadly he wasn't able to get his license in time so I had to drive everything (which I actually liked... I love driving and hate sitting next to someone who's driving). We drove just shy of 9,000 km, which was a bit more than we had planned but we managed to stay in the budget which is nice.

Oi, you're making me jealous... I had a road trip earlier this year and it was amazing (9 days, 7000 miles/11000 km), I just wish it could have been longer! I took 3500 or so photos on that trip, and that's also when I started shooting in RAW (my poor harddrive!). By the way, your first Berlin shot is fantastic! I can't wait to see more.

I took a road trip in the 80s. 10 weeks, 12,000 miles, all over the Southwest US. In winter mostly camping.

My neighbors did a 10 month road trip. They had an old Land Rover. Shipped it over to the UK, visited relatives, drove through Europe, the Middle East, the length of Africa, shipped it over to southern South America, and drove home from there. 55,000 miles.

Haha, I can't help but laugh out loud when I see that picture!
So great.

I don't know if it was by random luck that you color coordinated her clothes to match the surrounding flowers or not, but it worked really well either way.
