Ever thought about putting touring saddlebags on that badboy?

I though about it last year, but ended up with a Bagster for the tank. More flexible and do not catch the wind as much.
The fact is that I do not need all that storage space more than a couple of times a year.

My father's side of the family lives on Nesbru, so I've spent some summers at Holmenskjæret. An idyllic little place, and very close to everything.

Ah, that explains it.
It is a really nice place indeed. As you say, close to everything (sea, mountains, countryside, city, ..)

Did you use a grad on the last shot?

By the way, how'd the D700 work on the first shoot?

I'm alive! This was from a recent wedding I attended - the first two shots are with the Magic Drainpipe, running high ISO as I was a guest, and could not use the flash, and the others are the 24-70 at the reception. with flash.

The first picture is from when the groom forgot to kiss the bride after they were pronounced as husband and wife. Hilarity ensues!

I like the composition, but the light is a bit bright/harsh. Maybe re-shoot when the sun is at a lower angle?

Do some post-processing on it, then - lower the exposure.

One of my specialties - fish tacos. Actually it's fish sticks, sliced avocado, black beans and corn, some type of shredded broccoli & cabbage mix, and a dash of cheddar cheese on corn tortillas with lime wedges. I also use a "secret" sauce of sour cream with lime juice, cilantro, paprika, and chili powder all whipped up together.
