Thanks!
It helps that you don't need to agitate. Takes longer but it's less work

Maybe one of you film shooters can help me out and tell me how this can happen. Well, obviously the film was exposed through a red safety window AND the backing paper of the film. Quite strange. Happened on two rolls of Macophot UP 100 Plus...

That must have been a bright light that hit it. Any chance it was sitting nearby when you used a flash with another camera? Or was placed with the window facing full sunlight?

It hasn't happened to me, but I use an opaque window shield on my pinholes that I only open when I advance the film (but no red safety filter). My Reflekta has but the red and an opaque shield, so it's double-protected.

Thanks, I already found out what it is. The backing paper on this film is notoriously bad and lets through a lot of light. Gonna have to keep the metal shutter on the frame window closed with this film and calculate how to advance it by counting turns on the winding knob.

Was on the boat today and saw this on the shore. Was interesting so I snapped a pic.

Jessops have a lot on sale at the moment, ranging from 7p ink cartridges, to money off codes for orders over certain values... Adapter rings, filters galore, ranging from £1 to £5 (Hoya, Cokin) and lots of Neopan films, ranging from 30p - £5+

The "was" prices seem very cheap, so I think it is a double reduction, as they have been reduced by 5% for the sale price.

Jessops Sale - See all Jessops clearance items, discounts & voucher codes. Save up to 5%. Page 1

Probably applies to UK'ers only, but I don't know for sure.
