Oh so it's actually a camcorder!
A pretty impressive one, to say the least (maybe not visually though...).

FitEar are every bit photogenic too!

Power line that I walked under, just a drive by shot with my phone sadly. Thought the symmetry was quite nice.

The symmetry is superb. Kudos to you! :D
Gave me reason to appreciate power lines now. :)

A few photo's I took on two different film sets in the last few years.  All of them 35mm off my old Canon Rebel.

God, I love the look of film. It's so melancholic and nostalgic.

Get a cheap film SLR. Canon, Nikon, Minolta, whatever you want. Invest in some cheap glass, a few lenses, and go shoot a role. You'll love photography more than ever.
I personally shoot Minolta for my film, all the glass is cheaper than the Canikon equivalent because its not hugely known. If you're going Minolta I'd recommend a SRT101, Or SRT202 to start out in full manual. For glass, 28/2.8's are usually quite cheap, you're gonna want the kit 58/1.4, but shoot it at 2 or slower, it gets super hazy wide open. 50mms are still a safe bet, and 135mms will cover your tele end pretty well.
I have a 28/2.8(x2), 35/2.8, 50/2, 58/1.4, & 135/2.8. They seem to get the job done, only thing I'm lusting after is that 85/1.4...

Oh I use vsco filmpack. I get all the advantages of digital while being able to emulate film.
