Good point, but...
I've just spent a couple hours "spotting" my scanned negatives, digitally removing dust and other anomalies (ICE doesn't work on B/W), and I had a scratch on my neg that looked like your jet trail.

The influence of frame of reference on interpretation.

^^ That shot would be even better if you got rid of the branches on the left.

I thought about it but I wasn't sure. I'll give it a try and see what I think.

A sad day indeed. Two words: Battery Tender.
If you don't know how to winterize your bike I suggest you google about so you'll have no surprises/disapointments come Spring-time.

I already have one of the highest regarded chargers. The Ctek XS3600
..and I know how to prepare the bike for winter storage, so no problem.

just built this last nite. used a recycled 1U pro audio rackmount and installed a PPA circuit board (and TREAD PS) along with a killer torroid in this box.

old box:

new box with PPA in it:

nothing special for lighting (but NO flash, I generally hate flash) but I do try to do some 'flying lights' (lightpainting) with some kind of flashlight while the shutter is open (using a slow shutter speed on purpose).

I like how tech shots often have lots of colorful parts on pc boards. (too geeky?)

Great pics Agnostic

I really like the 1960429-2-herengracht.jpg pic. I'm not sure I agree that you should remove the trees. Maybe, but that little bit of detail also kind of balances the image. That area would otherwise be pretty empty. If you do try it without, I'd like to see it. I'm kinda torn hehe.

Thanks! I thought about removing the trees but I thought exactly what you just wrote, which is the reason I left them in.

Thanks man! I keep getting more and more addicted to photography. At the moment I'm practicing my street shooting but that's still not the way I would want it. Slowly getting better though. That shot with the sunglasses is funny
