Here's the best of my more recent stuff. These are shot locally and post-processed in Photoshop (of course, lol). Hopefully some of you folks will like them. Enjoy.

Some pictures from the other night taken in a bit too much of a hurry with my G9 (and the second with an ND filter).

Towert7, that is one of the best shots you've ever taken.

I am, admittedly, a huge fan of monochromatic work, but the crop is perfect, the DF is perfect, it's just stunning.

Thanks for sharing it.

Did you intend the blown-out whites, or is it a happy accident? It works well here since it's on skin tone, but i could see it causing problems in other shots. That's really all I can add.

Thank you very much for the nice comment and suggestion Sherwood.
I left the white highlights to the very end. I was worried about the blown out textures on the skin as well, and was considering masking the two of them from that effect. In the end though, it didn't bother me so I didn't mask them. To be honest I thought it added a little bit of a 'dreamy' feel, which is what I wanted.
Thank you again very much!

Wow, makes me glad I live a little South. 70's have been the norm for my region.
