Where’s the chicken? I LOVE sushi, the Japanese have a way with raw food, but raw chicken might be a little hard for me to swallow I’ve probably had more food poisoning from undercooked/badly prepared chicken/egg than any other meat.

The veggies and plateware in your photo look like fine dining indeed! I’m just making stuff at my house That’s the Covid hobby that stuck!
