Thats more like it...  Although RIT caps the uploads over on the residential side. I was at 50 Mb/s up for a few seconds, then it shot down.

Yep, that's how things generally go here. Incredibly fast for a couple seconds, then the cap hits.
 
Downloading full sized games and such in under half an hour here is pretty awesome though.

Not bad for my college. I have a better connection at home but it's not bad at all. I'm kinda jealous of you RIT guys though.

I can get 23 MB/s at night but I don't know how you guys get such good upload speeds 

As you can see, my ping is faster than most, but D/L and U/L is slower. This is wireless, though.
Whenever I travel for business and stay at Hilton properties, the fastest I can get is 150K d/l. No Hulu for me while away on business.
