The menubar pops up when you roll over it, bin can't be removed so this is as clean as it gets

thats stardock object dock completely customizes windows, even shell icons, for example the my computer icon is a pic of my case and my u2410 monitor

Well back then when I used stardock, it was a very UGLY experience for me. It was always crashing, extremely buggy and a lot of times never worked. The software probably works better today but stardock gave me a nasty after-taste when I used it in the past.

Try Desktop > Right click > Arrange Icons > Show Desktop Icons. It hides the icons, so no need to keep it clean.
