It is an IMG Windsor reclining desk chair. It is very comfortable. I was looking for a coffee table at Scan Interiors and saw this chair pushed up to a desk. I sat in it and then I had to have it. I got the basic black with cherry wood because special ordering the leather in a different color required a multi-month wait.

Here is a pdf that has more details on make and model (I got the large version of the chair)
