Nice SG.

It looks like most people here are in an orchestra, and more often than not, on the treble side.

I mainly play bass, and I keep these guys always nearby:

Accompanying, an aluminum cast doumbek with Remo Fiber 3 bongo skin
and a Campbell LP style electric guitar

Haha...fooled ya! It is a real Gibson (sort of) and it is an SG 1961 reissue model but it was made in China (for Gibson/Baldwin) for poor music students that can't afford the made in America versions. I bought it at a liquidation store for $135.00 CAD. Sounds the same as a 'Made in America' SG too but the quality of the metal parts is a bit soft compared to the real deal and the body is not Mahogany. I should change all the metal parts to better quality though.

I think it's shame that this thread is dead!
