Ugh, andrew, samoas are nasty. You need to get yourself some of those peanut-butter ones. Or the lemon cremes, although I think those are discontinued.

The peanut butter patties are long gone.

I can design and build just about anything with these few basic tools:

That's my current project on the left. HV rectifier for a yet to be built Aikido. Regulator next, then the amplifier.

This is my organized parts storage:

This is where I keep my dyna-hi and a few tools:

Not shown are the usual small hand tools - pliers, cutters, a couple of sets of Wiha screwdrivers. I also have a few punches, a drill and a set of bits. My DMM is a really old Beckman tech 310. I'd get something newer and better but the Beckman refuses to die.

I have a TDS1002. Work owns it but I can use it for whatever.

I once owed a working Tektronix 555. Long story but I ended up putting it in a dumpster when we moved to Atlanta. I'll never forgive myself.

I totally agree you can build lots of electronics stuff with just a few tools.

No idea, got mine as a gift. Try filing it for a temporary solution.

Search Google. Seem to be plenty of replacements out there.

I don't see why not, I built a PIMETA and 2 CMOYs with a soldering iron, nail clippers, a soldering braid, and solder of coarse. Sure things could have gone smoother but it was just fine

I ate them. Cookies stand no chance once they cross my path.
