I love the sound of the Radius DDM1/2 and Brookstone Clear dual drive iems, however they are extremely uncomfortable to wear and have poor isolation.  Is it possible to put these into a different housing (either universal or custom), or does anyone know a service that can do that.  These are my favorite sounding iems, however I can't really use them because they are so uncomfortable (bordering on painful).

I read that thread, but it's only for drivers less than 14mm, and the Radius has a 15mm driver.

You could try some bi-flanges. I am using MEElec bi-flanges on my DDM1.

I have no experience with them. I have no idea if they will reshell large dynamics, but a possibility?
