Hi, I just bought the ATH A900X headphones (received it yet).

I was wondering, which may be the best portable amp for this combination: ATH A900X headphones with SANSA CLIP+??

the ATH A900X are 42 ohms.

I listen mainly score sonundtracks, which are orchestral. A little of Enigma and Daft Punk sometimes also.

What do you can recommend me guys? thank you

PD: of course the cheaper the better, arround $50 tops.

The 42-Ohm A900X might just work fine plugged straight into the Sansa Clip +
My Clip Zip works ok with 62-Ohm headphones.
But if you get a portable headphone amplifier, I think the Fiio E11 ($60) is good choice.

Well chances are there wont be much of a sound improvement using the fiio e11 though, the sansa clip+ is more than capable of driving 42 ohms. Of course it will be able to provide you with a bass boost (suitable for daft punk), but you should definitely try Rockboxing your Sansa Clip+.
