Looking at it at this exact second. Really getting annoying. No issues on my iPad or any other site using my iPhone 4s.

Correct. Only affects my iPhone 4s. Responding now on my iPad 3 with no problems at all except SLOW scrolling speed until all of the background garbage loads in first!! Wish you could cut all this crap out too. Doing anything anymore on the web is like watching paint dry.

It occurs with both Windows 7 (at work) and on my iMac (at home). Browser for both is Chrome.
 
Typically it happens on my first click on my Subscription page when I click "MORE".

Hi everyone,
   This is happening again (see attached).  I'm running it on my mobile, a Sony Z5 Premium (model 6853, Android 5.1.1) with the built in Chrome browser (v 48.0.2564.25)  
   It started about 16 hours ago from the time of this email.  Fortunately or unfortunately, it affects other websites using the mobile ad provider.  I had to disable Javascript to avoid any of the pop-ups.  Please inform your ad provider about this.
