I would say to just get the DT880 250-Ohm version.
Unless you get a really good price on a used DT880 600-Ohm.

If the DT880 600-Ohm are cheaper then the DT880250-Ohm, then get the 600-Ohm.

Yea, get the 600-Ohm, down the line you might end up getting a nice tube amplifier or a nice A/V receiver.
this way you already have the headphones to use with it.
