Are you using FAT32 format.
You have to format your microSD into FAT32 when it's more than 128GB. Otherwise, it will malfunction or crash.
It's more complicated than that. My AK120 II chocked on a FAT32 formatted 200GB card, but the AK Jr had no problems with FAT32. Someone else tried the default exFAT format with the AK120 II and it worked. I tried exFAT with the Sony and it works fine.
