You should also probably look into an IT01--it's a bit less expensive than the E4000 but a terrific value. Worth a look-see.

Well, since that is quite a diverse list, WHAT are you looking for? “Best (and in what way) with fast / death / etc. metal”? Sound is very much a personal preference..

Tech death,symphonic,prog.. those are the subgenres i like most.
