Hi, I am looking at the best way to connect my ipod to a headphone amp via the line out. I am unsure whether a LOD such as the 'sendstation pocketdock' connected to the amp via a mini-mini cable would be better or worse than say the 'FiiO L3' cable connected straight from the ipodipod to the amp. Can someone advise what the advantages or disadvantages would be of using each? Would using the LOD + mini-mini cable just add an unnecessary link in the chain?
