can i mix my comply foam as well as ue700 (comply removed from the iem) with rice cos i want to remove moisture from my comply (and iem)? i saw on internet that rice can help to abosrb moisture (from phones), but will it spoil my iem and comply? or will it attract bug and spoil them?
so is there a better or cheaper alternative?
 
i fear that my wet ears after bathing will cause my comply and ue700 to spoil and i have a tendency to not wait for my ear to dry completely (though i alway try dry my inside ears as best as i can, but cannot warrant that its completely dry) and start to use my ue700. hehe

You can just use a towel to push the water out and then let them air dry. I don't think the rice will hurt, but it is not necessary. On your iem, if it works like a phone, perhaps.
