He left: Sony MDR-NC60 headphones (brand-new), some nice leather belts, old Sanyo receiver (half-functioning), lots of clothing and some other stuff that I didn't have much time to go through.
This man has been renting that room for three years (until he disappeared), so there are a lot of stuff packed in boxes and whatnot. Will sort out the stuff Friday, clear the room and find another tenant. Probably will donate the clothes.

Went through a bit more of this man's stuff, and I found some very important cards, including his driver's license and his health-care cards. Granted, a replacement costs only $10 here.
Will be keeping these cards and any other objects that I deem important. The rest will be used, sold, donated and trashed.

You sure he left with no intentions on coming back? Have you checked police, hospitals, and obituaries? He left some important stuff.
