Its not, there's something amiss if you hear that. Have you tried plugging it into something else to narrow down if it's the source? Loose ear pad, damaged audio file, or a cable that's loose on the connection or headphone cable that makes it happen when you move could be a shorted wire inside. Sherlock Holmes says "Eliminate the impossible, and all that's left is the possible". Try to narrow it down from those things.

Do you mean crinkling? If so, that is driver flex. And you've been told repeatedly that is a common thing.
