There are some threads in the DIY area that explains step by step how to make your own. If you know how to use a soldering iron and a multimeter, you should be able to put your own together for under 20 USD and an hour. High quality stuff too. Made two of my own.

Might try the older portable rig threads. This one has mostly 5g or 5.5g iPods.

This thread has 4Gs you just have to look carefully for them.
Just don't

Something you might want to check out is the Vakaadoo iVak 4G:

In Black (40/60Gb) or White (20/30GB)

This case was right for me.
It might or might not be right for you.
They do have a special going on now that if you buy one you get the other size free.

My 4G in the Black iVak: http://www.head-fi.org/forums/showpo...&postcount=452
Note: I did have to trim it a bit on top to fit my ALO Rt. Angle Switchcraft plug with my dremel tool.

Hope this helps.

Wow. That's a slick looking case. I've been looking for something black and thin for my 4G.

Here's my current setup - 5G 60GB IPod and 30GB H120. Just added the UM1s and the RSA Tomahawk. Next to add will be a new ALO dock. I have a piece of velcro on the back of the IPod silicone case and a couple of velcro straps around the Tomahawk. Fastens together nicely.
