Any general tips to make pictures come out as nice as those on here? Can't ever get mine to look nice enough to post

Biggest problem I seem to have is lighting. I tried to have strong light it was too reflective. Flash makes everything look weird. I dunno why ever bought this SD450.......

Use natural light during the daytime. Never use flash. Try the digital macro mode for up-close pictures. I'm using the SD400 myself. Good luck and have fun

Start with the cam in "P" mode. Turn the flash off. Put the camera in macro mode. Set the white balance. The slowest shutter speed you can usually use while holding the camera is 1/60 second. Don't zoom any either, so the camera can keep the aperture open as wide as possible.

I am planning to get a black 4GB iRiver Clix when that comes out in October or I may settle for a 4GB Creative Zen V Plus before then .... we will see.

by the time that the 4GB Clix comes out, there may also be a 8GB Zen V to choose from.

Nothing special really . . . that's a silicone shell for the ZVM (which unfortunately is already quite scratched). The MD players are not in active duty anymore.
