As do I, although its quite a kick in the groin that now, about 4 months later the photo version cam out, and offered 3 more gigs of storage. Still, I love my micro... I just wish it had a line out...

Update:

Portable Rig *OVERHAUL*

I am *very* happy with the soundquality with this rig
It man-handles my old portable rigs
The EQ makes it a night and day difference(and I feel like in this case, night and day difference is warrented)
I looooooove you bass boost!

1 more pair of 'phones, 2 Amps, 1 DAC... and I'll be *DONE*
I promise this time

I usually just carry the laptop with one hand. It's a very small laptop.
It even has a hand grip thing on the back, it feels like it was made for a portable audio setup.

If I need both hands free, I have a bookbag to put the laptop in.
I've been a pretty big iPod lover... but even I have to admit, the laptop option is vastly superior when it comes to sound.(Lots more customization on the laptop and there's a possibility of a standalone DAC since I have two optical outs)

I carry a laptop around anyways... so why not?
I'm actually losing extra stuff I don't need when I ditch the iPod. Who woulda thunk?

Another great thing about the laptop... Massive Storage + Wireless Internet = endless supply of high quality music

I have a hub setup on my home computer and I can just snatch songs from my laptop.

It's music player + video player + ... well, it's everything!

Unbranded MSI MS-1012 + Creative Notebook ZS card

I'm getting two amps to compliment my laptop: ISA Diablo and LaRocco Headcode

I guess I could list the specs for the Laptop:
Easy change 8 Cell Battery(Acts like a Hand grip, very good for portable source)
2.0GHz Pentium M
1 GB DDR333
80 GB 7200 RPM Hard Drive
DVD R/W + CD R/W Combo Drive
12.1" (1280x800) Glossy TFT(Beautiful screen, gets lots of compliments)
Metallic composite coated ABS casing(prevents scratches)
It's very portable

I would have thought more people would have shown their portable rig in a bag of some kind... but now seeing those rubberband-looking things, I find myself liking it... What are they called (so I can search for em)?
