What case is that on the iPod? How much was the PHA-1 and how are you finding it?

Case is the Switcheasy Capsule Classic. Got it from B&H for $330. Awesome, technically this is my first portable headphone amp since the FiiO E18 never worked out of the box when I got it. Been listening to The Piano Guys and the instruments sounds eargasmic. I love it.

Hold the phone, you paid $330.00 US dollars for a case? Does it do some kind of magic as well as hold the iPod?

Thank God, I almost lost my mind thinking a plastic iPod case cost more than my 30GB U2 Pod cost me, heck I only paid $86.00 for my Tank and it's pretty indestructible

Hey Shawn, those are the hardened case screws on the Yo-Tank 30GB Classic anodized case. Chris; I believe his name is builds a nice case, after he routers them out he puts a nice glue or spray in felt lining to protect the surface of your device

If you are not familiar with them check it out here http://www.yotank.com/ I know for a fact you can drive your Hum-V over one and your device is safe

Very nice rig! This would be my exact setup if I was going to spend the money on it. How does it sound?

MY PORTABLE RIG:

(Apple iPod 5th Gen 30GB > FiiO E12 > Audio-Technica ATH-PRO700MK2 W/ Gel Pads)

Just a Few words:
-Misplaced my better interconnect.
-Four XL Cotton balls are inside each Ear Cup.
-Headphone's Stock pads are utter @^*%!
-Gel pads are mostly gel, but uses a little bit of memory foam to make them plushy.
(still isolates really well, if only the back of the can did not leak at high volumes)
-Gel Pads are a little too small for these headphones, Very Snug.
