I'm not doing anything really difficult, Colorware has painted iPods which makes editing the pictures a lot easier.

They support most DAPs, not just the iPod. It's not silk screening, but rather custom-cut vinyl applique. Probably better anyway, in case your tastes change. Prices seem to be extremely reasonable too, considering you can do custom work.
