I'm looking to get a new (used, I don't have a contract) phone, obviously SQ is important to me.  Which phones have good audio that can be bought used for a decent amount.  I'd like to keep it ~200 but I would be willing to stretch that if it's worth it (i.e. current generation smartphone).
 
For reference, I have an ipod 5.5g.  I understand most phones aren't that good, but I'd like something at least comparable to the ipod.  I would be very happy with anything at least as good as my ipod.

iPhone 4 has good sound quality as well.
 
If you skip the audio quality and get a nice phone... you can still get a Sansa Clip for cheap. I like to have it to save battery.
