they agreed to shop price (-tax, listed is with tax, 13 euro shipping, comes to 110 euro I think)

Did you get your package's tracking ID? You can always check/track your item anytime. In my case, usually it took about 7 to 10 days for my items get delivered from USA to Malaysia.

Yes, I have a tracking ID but Royal Mail only tracks upto the exit of UK :|

My PFEs are from Singapore, and it tooks only 1 day to arrived. My Nuforce NE-7M and Nuforce Icon Mobile are from Amazon, USA, via USPS. I can use the USPS tracking ID with my local post services when it arrived and cleared by custom. Try check with your postal services.

Nice idea, I may call up my EMS Speedpost official service of india. but they have such amazing tracking that their own tracking service doesn't work, I'm not sure how good will an outside package be 'tracked'

And how did you get ms. Nancy to send you the PFEs?

I was told "We can only ship to Singapore, for other countries check [phonak's official site which says only usa/can]" ;p

Persistent . There are almost 2 dozens of emails, until I received my PFEs. Most important thing is, be patience and polite in your mail.

Hmm, that may have worked. I discarded the option on her first reply..

My pair are still somewhere in the world, so I just gotta have patience!

They were shipped on 11th, so I'm not too worried yet. From what I'v read, Royal Mail takes around 5~10 days for delivery.

I'll get worried if it doesn't reach me by the 21st though :|
